Look at the before and after:<\/p>\n<p>Before:<\/p>\n<p>After:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1146 alignnone\" title=\"Google Images_1273123139970\" src=\"http:\/\/geoffliu.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/05\/google-images_1273123139970.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"327\" height=\"131\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Look closely and you&#8217;ll see the differences. Actually, the Google logo on the homepage itself hasn&#8217;t changed, but on the Images, Video, etc. pages it has.<\/p>\n<p>Now about the main part of Google Search&#8217;s redesign: the search itself. Look at the new design:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/geoffliu.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/05\/everything-windpower.jpg?w=267\" alt=\"\" width=\"494\" height=\"553\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s absolutely clear that this is a much friendlier interface and is much neater. Now I can finally breathe.<\/p>\n<p>But wait, doesn&#8217;t the layout look quite familiar? Perhaps you&#8217;ve used Yahoo! or Bing. They all have similar sidebars!
