One of their many shenanigans is failing to ever respond to user commands. Many a time I&#8217;ve had a document stuck in the printer queue, and when I go to the print icon in the System Tray to &#8220;cancel&#8221; the job, it hangs there in limbo until the next Ice Age.<\/p>\n<p>Luckily, there is another way to free up the queue, for good.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Disclaimer: This is for Windows Users.)<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div>Open up your Control Panel, and type in the Search Box &#8220;Administrative Tools&#8221;.
