A nice halo appears around the tweet box
The promotional header when a user is logged out has been changed so there's less words and it's more aestheticTwitter's Terms of Service have been brought to the sign-up page, something that I haven't seen in other sites (even though no one's going to read them anyways.)There's also a nice halo around the sign-in boxTwitter's flashcards give comprehensive information to potential followers
